Statement of intentpoivretsel.fr

Bring guests in and get ready to welcome them.

Poivre & Sel is a platform created and owned by Capturit. For diners, a guide to discover a restaurant, browse its menu and book. For restaurateurs, a reservation book, a floor plan and tools to follow guests and prepare each service.

A beautiful page is not enough if the booking gets lost or the team lacks information during service. Poivre & Sel links discovering the restaurant to its day-to-day running: requests, availability, tables, messages and notifications, all in one place.

Behind the scenes

For diners.
For restaurateurs.

  1. 01

A restaurant people want to visit

Photos, videos, story, chef, menu, opening hours and Google reviews: each restaurant has a page to show what sets it apart. The guide, the chef portraits and the magazine take the discovery further.

  2. 02

Book where the guest finds you

Guests choose their date, time and party size from the guide listing, a shared link or a widget installed on the restaurant's website. All requests land in the same reservation book.

  3. 03

    Better protection for bookings

Depending on their needs, restaurateurs can take a card guarantee with no immediate charge, or deposits for groups, tasting menus and events. Ways to reduce no-shows and prepare for the services that matter most.

  4. 04

    Preparing service as a team

Availability, bookings to confirm, floor plan and table seating: the team prepares the welcome from its own workspace. Guest profiles, special requests, messages and notifications keep useful information close to hand, on mobile too.

  5. 05

    See where guests come from

Booking source tracking separates requests from the guide, the shared link or the website widget. The restaurateur can see the bookings and covers linked to each entry point, without mistaking visibility for real visits.

  6. 06

Sell gift cards and tickets too

Gift cards, an in-house shop and event ticketing are optional modules, switched on to suit the project: giving a meal, selling a signature product or booking a tasting evening. Tickets can be checked by QR code on arrival.
