A good film is decided before the camera rolls

Before the camera comes out, we decide who will watch the film, what they should take away and where it will be shown. Anything that doesn't serve the story is cut at script stage.

    One film can't say everything at once.

    Presenting the company, recruiting, explaining a service, feeding social media: these are different films. We pick the audience and what they should do next, then we write the shoot.

  2. 02 · Production schedule

    The edit gets its date in the quote.

    The schedule gives the date of the first cut, the included feedback round and final delivery. You know when the film comes out and who signs off each stage.

    Vertical is decided before filming.

    Your website, LinkedIn and Instagram aren't framed the same way. Landscape, square and vertical shots are listed before the first take.

What we do

Four formats, one set.

Every use has its format. Length, who appears on screen and where the film will be shown are fixed before the shoot. Then the same team handles preparation, picture, sound and editing.

    The company, a trade or a client's story, on a script written before the shoot. Preparation, shoot, edit, colour grading and sound included.

  • Filmed interview

    Executives, clients or experts on camera, put at ease until their words ring true. Dedicated sound, subtitles on request.

  • 60-90 second clip

    Short formats for social media and ad campaigns. Vertical and each length are framed on the shoot, not cropped in the edit.

  • Event filming

    Conferences, launches, trade shows and seminars. The running order, speeches and moments worth keeping are mapped out before the event. Drone optional, subject to feasibility.

How we film

From statement of intent to release

The message, the shoot, the first cut and final delivery each have their own date and owner, written into the quote.

    The audience and the film's job.

    Audience, message, length, channels. You sign off this direction before we organise the shoot.

  2. Shot breakdown

    The shoot, written shot by shot.

    Script, interview questions, locations, speakers and shot list, gathered in one document you sign off.

  3. 4K shoot

    Picture and sound, checked on set.

    Camera, lighting, sound and stabilisation adapt to the location. The key takes are reviewed before we leave the set.

  4. Edit and release

    You approve the edit before release.

    Editing, colour grading, sound and any planned subtitles arrive in a first version. After the included feedback round, you receive the agreed formats and the commercial rights.

How long does it take to edit the film?

What rights come with the images?

The commercial rights set out in the quote are assigned to you in writing on delivery. The document states the media, duration and territory covered, so you know exactly how you can use the photos and videos.

Which areas do you cover?

Capturit works anywhere in France and travels across Europe. Travel costs are confirmed before the job and shown separately on the quote when they are not included in the package.
