Your photos make their entrance before your first meeting
Before calling, a prospect does their own scouting: your website, your profile, your past work. Recent photos of your team already show them who they'll be working with.
- 01 · Close-up
An executive portrait comes down to the light.
Shaped light, precise framing, a natural expression: the portrait looks professional without looking posed. During the session we vary the framing, so one portrait works for your website, your profile and the press.
Guided portraitContinuous light + flash · Professional retouching included - 02 · Workbench
A team photo doesn't take over the day.
Groups, time slots and framing are planned before the session. Everyone knows where to stand, steps in front of the lens and goes back to work.
Half dayStudio or on site · Posing direction included - 03 · Real setting
Your clients recognise your real business.
Your teams, your premises, your craft: proof no stock photo can replace. The art direction follows your brand identity.

- Creative brief
The shot list, written with you.
We start from your brand identity and the places where the photos will live. You approve the visual references and the shot list.

Location and light, scouted in advance.
Spaces, backdrops, lighting constraints: everything is checked. The kit is set up before the people being photographed arrive.

Everyone is directed in front of the lens.
People who aren't used to posing get guidance. You look at the images during the session and approve the framing on the spot.
- Retouching and delivery
A retouched selection, ready for your media.
Light, colour and the agreed clean-ups go through retouching. The HD files and the agreed commercial rights are handed over on delivery.

« 100% satisfied, just go and watch the video Capturit made on our Yachting Pyrénées Méditerranée website. Quality, professionalism and expert advice all there. »
« A photo is framed for where it will be seen. A website, social media, the press and a brochure don't call for the same frame. »
Samy LazraqFounder, CapturitI've been taking portraits since 2017. At Capturit, the shot list and how each image will be used are written before the session, and retouching is done in the studio. The agreed commercial rights are transferred on delivery.
Our storyFrequently asked questions
How much does a corporate photographer cost?
A half-day photo session costs from €690 excl. VAT. The quote sets out the preparation, the subjects, the retouched selection, the permitted uses and any travel costs. The number of locations and people changes the set-up.
Compare photo pricesHow do I prepare a corporate photo shoot?
List the people, products and places to photograph, then where the images will be used. We plan the schedule, the lighting and the framing. One contact person on site makes approval easier and keeps disruption to your business to a minimum.
Read the photo reportage guideWhat files do we get after the session?
The selected, retouched photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs via a private area. The quote specifies the number of images, the web versions, the uses and the delivery date. Working files are not part of the final files.
What rights come with the images?
The commercial rights set out in the quote are assigned to you in writing on delivery. The document states the media, duration and territory covered, so you know exactly how you can use the photos and videos.
Which areas do you cover?
Capturit works anywhere in France and travels across Europe. Travel costs are confirmed before the job and shown separately on the quote when they are not included in the package.
The faces, the setting, the uses, one clear quote.
Tell us who or what to photograph, where, and for which media. The quote sets the duration, number of images, retouching, rights and delivery date. The studio or travel is booked once you approve.
