3.3 Management tools used by CAPTURIT outside the site
- Axonaut (France): customer relationship management and invoicing.
- Stripe (Ireland / USA, SCCs): payment of invoices and online payment as provided for in the general terms and conditions of sale (Articles 4.1 and 4.3). No payment is currently offered on the site.
- GoCardless (European Union / United Kingdom): direct debit of subscriptions as provided for in the general terms and conditions of sale (Article 4.1).
Article 4 · Activity
CAPTURIT carries out audiovisual production and custom web development, including:
- Professional photography (corporate, events, packshot, architecture and construction)
- Videography (promotional films, interviews, event filming)
- Aerial drone photography and filming, in compliance with the European regulations in force
- Custom web development (showcase websites, e-commerce, applications, landing pages)
Article 5 · Intellectual property
All elements making up the site (texts, graphics, software, photographs, images, videos, sounds, logos, trade marks) are the exclusive property of CAPTURIT or its partners and are protected by the provisions of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code).
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of these elements, in whole or in part, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of CAPTURIT.
Article 6 · Liability
CAPTURIT endeavours to ensure that the information published on the site is accurate and up to date. However, CAPTURIT cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available.
CAPTURIT accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the site, including unavailability, data loss, viruses or any other IT problem.

The site may contain links to other websites. CAPTURIT has no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content or their data protection practices.
Article 8 · Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute between CAPTURIT and a trader falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of Perpignan (Montpellier Court of Appeal). In all other cases, the statutory rules of jurisdiction apply; in particular, a consumer may bring proceedings before the court of the place where they resided at the time of the events (Article 15 of the general terms and conditions of sale).
