Seven commitments underpin every Capturit contract. Before you sign off, you know the timings, the deliverables, the rights assigned and the feedback rounds included. Any correction needed within the signed scope is at Capturit's expense.

Every commitment appears in the quote or can be checked during the project: timing, scope, updates, checks, rights, feedback and confidentiality.
  1. Quote turnaround

    A written quote within 24 working hours of your brief.

    The timeframe that applies is stated in your quote.

    Brief us by form, phone or email. Within 24 working hours, you receive a detailed quote setting out the scope, deliverables, schedule and payment terms.

  2. Locked scope

    The price stays fixed within the signed scope.

    Any extra request is priced before the work is done.

    Once the quote is signed, the price for the agreed scope stays fixed. A request that changes the deliverables, features or schedule is priced separately and needs your approval before we carry it out.

  3. Weekly updates

    An up-to-date link and a 5-minute video every Friday.

    You follow progress without having to ask.

    On every web project and on longer productions (corporate films, event coverage), you receive an up-to-date link every Friday and a five-minute video showing progress. No need to chase us to find out where things stand.

  4. Measurable performance

    Key user journeys are checked on mobile.

    Any issues found within the delivered scope are fixed.

    Before launch, we check the main pages, layout stability, media, forms and performance metrics on mobile and desktop. Any fixes needed within the delivered scope are included.

  5. Production rights assigned

    Photos, videos, drone: 100% yours, on delivery.

    Written assignment of rights for all delivered media.

    On the Signature and Premium production packages and on à la carte services, the commercial rights to photos, videos and drone footage are 100% assigned to you on delivery, in writing, with no time limit. You use the content across all your channels (website, social media, press, advertising) at no extra cost. For a website on subscription, the domain name, content and business accounts belong to the client, while the source code and technical operation remain the property of Capturit.

  6. Rework included

    Feedback rounds are set out before production.

    Every quote states the approvals and adjustments included.

    For production, the quote sets out the number of feedback rounds and what they cover. For web, the changes included in your plan stay included throughout the subscription, within the signed functional scope.

  7. Confidentiality & GDPR

    Data and shoots handled in line with GDPR.

    Confidentiality written into every contract.

    Your client data, your internal shoots and anything you share with us stay confidential. Nothing goes on our channels without written consent. Drone shoots: every job gets a feasibility study based on the operating category, flight zone, aircraft and the authorisations that apply.

How it works

  1. 01 · Brief receivedAn automatic acknowledgement goes out straight away: you know your request has arrived.
  2. 02 · Internal reviewWe look at what you need, whether it's feasible and which team to bring in, and we flag any sensitive points.
  3. 03 · Quote sentA firm price, the schedule and the deliverables. The quote is valid for 14 days and can be signed online.

Conditions

  • Briefs received Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
  • The 24-hour turnaround applies to briefs received before 6 pm (otherwise, the next working day).
  • Complex requests (multi-site redesign, custom integrations over €30k): we tell you within the first 4 hours and offer a turnaround of 48 to 72 hours.

If we run late

If we go past 24 working hours outside the exclusions above, we tell you straight away and rework the schedule with you. The quote itself stays firm.
