A lit building overlooking the sea at dusk.
Skimming the cliffs, in FPV.
An FPV drone flies right up close to the terrain and the subject, where a standard drone can't go, as on this flight along the Portuguese coast. The mission is assessed like any other: location, feasibility, permissions.
Before
the flight
« Every mission gets a feasibility study covering the operating category, the flight zone, the drone and the applicable permissions. »
The date is confirmed after this check. Permission lead times are not guaranteed: the final timeline is given after the feasibility study.
- Operating category
Checked before confirmation, along with the zone, the drone and the mission conditions.
- Flight zone
In a city, near an airport or over a sensitive site, a flight isn't planned the way it is in open country.
- Drone
Chosen to match the quality you need and the constraints of the site.
- Applicable permissions
Depending on the mission, declarations or approvals may be needed. Capturit puts the file together and gives you the lead time before booking.
- Insurance
The professional liability insurance certificate is included in the file.
- Weather
Safety decides whether we film. If flying isn't possible, we look at postponing or adapting, under the terms of the quote.

- Scouting
The location and the shots you need
Address, surroundings, date, shots wanted. We study the zone, the obstacles and the camera angles.
- Paperwork
The file, prepared
Zone, operating category, drone and permissions checked. The final timeline is given after the study.
- 4K · 6K capture
The flight follows the approved lines
Movements and framing carried out within the authorised conditions. Key shots are checked on the ground, on site.
- Delivery
Images ready to edit or publish
Colours, formats and versions adapted to where they'll be used. The agreed commercial rights are confirmed in writing.
The location decides the flight.
The price depends on the address, the zone, the date, the drone and the deliverables: it's set in the quote, once we've studied the location.
A precise address is all we need to start checking. We come back with the feasibility, the preparation time, the paperwork and a quote that separates the shoot from post-production.

FAQ
How much does drone filming cost?
A drone mission is priced on quote, subject to feasibility. The location, paperwork, travel and deliverables set the final price.
See the packagesHow do I know if drone filming is possible at my site?
Send us the exact address, the dates you have in mind, the angles you want and how the images will be used. We check feasibility, site access, the operating framework and the paperwork needed before confirming the mission. A town name alone isn't enough to guarantee a flight.
What happens if the weather stops the flight?
Safety decides whether we film. When conditions don't allow a flight, we look at postponing or adapting the production. The quote sets out the schedule and the postponement terms. Permission lead times are not guaranteed.
Can drone shots go into a corporate video?
Yes. Aerial views can add to a ground shoot and be edited together with interviews or everyday scenes. The quote separates capture alone from a production that includes editing, colour grading, music and exports.
What rights come with the images?
The commercial rights set out in the quote are assigned to you in writing on delivery. The document states the media, duration and territory covered, so you know exactly how you can use the photos and videos.
The location, the shots you need, a shot we can actually fly.
Send the address, the date you'd like and how the images will be used. We check feasibility, then you get the schedule, the paperwork, the deliverables and the price.
