    Payment

    Each restaurant has its own account, linked to the platform through Stripe Connect. On gift cards, the shop and tickets, Poivre & Sel keeps only 5%.

    The card guarantee

    The diner saves their card before confirmation, without being charged. Ghost tables disappear. For a tasting menu, a group or an event, the restaurant can ask for a deposit.

  • 03

    The widget

    The same booking engine runs on Poivre & Sel and on the restaurant's site: as a link, a floating button or an iframe. Nothing to install.

  • 04

    Notifications

    Bookings, messages and guest profiles land in the restaurateur app, with notifications on the whole team's phones.

How much does a custom website cost with Capturit?

The four public plans start at €80/month for a landing page, €150/month for a brochure site of up to 8 pages, €250/month for an online shop and €500/month for an app. Hosting, security, maintenance and a new visual direction every three years are included. The server fee of €350 excl. VAT per year is payable on order. You can cancel the plan at any time with one month's notice.

How do you choose the features for my site?

We start from what your client needs to be able to do: understand a service, request a quote, book or buy. The content, admin screens and integrations needed are set out in the quote. Our projects are examples: not all of their modules are included in every plan.

Who owns the site?

The source code and technical operation remain Capturit's property: that is what makes a clear monthly price possible, with hosting, security, maintenance and redesign included. Your domain name, copy, images, data and business accounts remain yours, accessible at any time.

How does cancellation work?

You can cancel at any time by email, with one month's notice. Capturit confirms receipt of the cancellation and gives the end date of the contract. The site is then taken offline within the time set in the contract. Your domain name, content, data and accounts remain accessible and belong to you.

How long does a project take?

The schedule depends on content, features, data to migrate and approvals. We set it in the quote, with review stages and testing before launch. Your preferred launch date is checked from our first conversation.

What does the redesign every 3 years mean?

After 36 months of subscription, we revisit the visual direction and update the components that need it. It is included in the plan. The scope is agreed with you according to the site's content and features.

Are hosting and maintenance included?

Yes. The plan covers hosting, the security certificate, backups, monitoring and security updates. Capturit handles technical support for the whole duration of the service.

How do you check the site's speed?

Before launch, we test the main pages on phone and computer: layout stability, media weight, Google's performance metrics. Fixes within the delivered scope are included.
