How many products does the plan cover?
The plan covers a catalogue managed from the admin area: variants, stock, categories and several photos per product. For a very large catalogue or advanced search, the quote sets out what is added.
Are Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA included?
They can be, if they are enabled on your payment account: Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank card and SEPA transfer. We set them up for your project and test them on phone and computer before going live. Payment provider fees are paid by you.
How long does a shop take to deliver?
The schedule is set after reviewing the catalogue, variants, delivery options and any data to be carried over. It covers preparation, design, payment and order testing. The access and content we need are listed before we confirm the date.
Moving from Shopify, WooCommerce or Prestashop?
We look into it before quoting: catalogue, customer accounts, existing URLs, orders and payment methods. That way we define what can be carried over and the transition timeline.
