Poivre & Sel is a Capturit product: we designed it and we run it. A restaurant page with photos and menu, online booking and, for the restaurant, the reservations book and the floor plan. Shop, gift cards and ticketing are optional modules. It's an example of what a website can do, not what comes in a business website plan, and not a promise of results.
Before you sign
How does cancelling the web plan work?
You can cancel the web plan any time by email, with one month's notice. Capturit confirms receipt of the cancellation and gives the contract end date. The site is then taken offline within the period stated in the contract. For a pack paid annually, any photo or video production already carried out is still invoiced and delivered with the rights set out in the quote.

The plan covers building the site, hosting, security, updates, the changes included in your plan and a new visual direction every three years. The source code and technical operation remain Capturit's property. Your domain name, content, data and accounts remain yours.
Compare web plansHow long from signing to going live?
The quote sets the schedule based on the number of pages, the features, the content available and the approvals needed. For visual production, it separates the shoot, the first version and the final files. The launch date is confirmed once the scope and availability have been checked.
What rights come with the photos and videos?
The commercial rights set out in the quote are transferred in writing on delivery. Media, duration and territory are specified alongside the final files expected. Music licences and any working files are covered by separate terms: they are not automatically treated as a transfer of all rights.

Capturit is based in the South of France (Occitania), in Toulouse and Perpignan, and works across France depending on the project. Travel, locations and any overnight stays are set out before you approve. Web projects can be done remotely; their price depends on the features and scope chosen.
How does payment work in practice?
The quote sets out the deposit, the balance, the instalments and the payment methods. Your booking is secured once you approve the quote and pay the agreed deposit. The web plan follows the billing frequency chosen in the contract; the first month and the annual server fees of €350 excl. VAT are due when you order. For e-commerce, your payment provider's fees stay separate from the Capturit plan.
