Corporate photo shoot: organising the session at your company

Samy L.Samy L.3 min readUpdated

What a corporate photo shoot gives you

A corporate photo shoot shows the people, places and skills behind your business. Plan the images your service pages, recruitment materials or social posts really need. The aim is to explain your business with photos people can recognise and that you can use again and again.

The 5 types of photo your business needs

1. Team photos and portraits

Prospects want to know who they will be dealing with. Portraits of your team answer that question on your “About” page, on LinkedIn and in your sales materials.

2. Premises and workspaces

Office, production workshop or showroom: your premises show how you work. These photos work on your website, your Google Business Profile and your job ads.

3. Product photos

To sell online, the packshot on a white background is still the foundation. Lifestyle shots work better on social media: each use needs its own format.

4. “In action” photos

Show the tasks and interactions that explain what you do. Set up these moments without disrupting the business: a meeting slot, a production stage or a demonstration. Keep confidential information off visible screens and documents.

5. Event photos

A launch, a trade show, a seminar or a training day gives you images for your communication all year round.

How does a corporate photo shoot work?

  1. Brief: pages to illustrate, priority scenes, style and expected deliverables
  2. Recce (optional): a site visit to plan the shots
  3. Session: schedule for people and locations, set-up time and scene changes
  4. Selection and retouching: final number of images and level of editing set in the quote
  5. Delivery: high-resolution photos and lighter versions for the web

How much does a corporate photo shoot cost?

  • Capturit half-day photo shoot: from €690 excl. VAT
  • Several locations or a full day: on quote, depending on access, scenes and deliverables
  • Recurring package (1 session a month): packages on quote

For portraits, tell us how many people, when they are available and how the photos will be used. Keep framing and mood consistent if the photos are for a team page. Allow a realistic slot for each person, rather than assuming the whole team will be free at once.

Check with your team who may appear on camera and where the photos will be published. Name the files so you can find them by scene or by use. A joint photo and web project can help you plan framing that suits your future pages.

Choose the images your business needs

Our photography portfolio helps you choose the framing, light and style you want. Our professional photography service then lets us plan the portraits, work scenes, retouching and intended uses before the session.
