How do you decide how long the film should be?
We start from the audience, the message and the platform. A full interview, a presentation film and a campaign clip do different jobs. Length and versions are agreed before the shoot.
Are music and subtitles included?
Music licences, languages, subtitles and formats are detailed in the proposal. Music cleared for one use is not automatically cleared for every platform, so the intended uses are set out in the brief.
How does editing feedback work?
The quote states the number of sign-offs and rounds of feedback included. One contact person gathers the comments to avoid conflicting requests. A change of script, a new language or new footage can change the scope.
