A brochure website in Toulouse costs €390. Or €18,000.
Both figures are published by Toulouse agencies. They don't describe the same product, and the quote rarely says so. One covers the build alone, the other a full project. One hides 36 monthly payments, the other leaves you as the owner. And in our comparison of Toulouse web agencies, only three out of eight show a price, us included.
So on 5 November 2026 we noted down what agencies publish, and did the sum that quotes leave out: what each plan will have cost you after three years. We sell websites, so we're hardly neutral. You'll see that our offer isn't the cheapest, and we'll tell you why.
How much does a website cost in Toulouse?
The cost of a website in Toulouse runs from a few hundred euros to more than €18,000, depending on three things: who builds it, what's in it, and what you pay once it's live. Nationally, La Fabrique du Net, a platform that matches clients with agencies, reported a median budget of €3,500 for a brochure website in July 2026, with half of all projects between €2,000 and €8,000. For e-commerce, the median is €10,000. For a custom-built site, €18,000. These are budgets reported by agencies and their clients, not price lists.
Prices published by Toulouse providers
- Occi-Web: brochure website at €390 to build plus €39 a month, up to €1,200 plus €140 a month.
- Clickzou: €500 excl. VAT set-up plus €50 excl. VAT a month for the starter pack, up to €5,900 plus €590 excl. VAT a month.
- Lucas Fonseque, independent developer in Quint-Fonsegrives: €800 excl. VAT for a single page, €1,500 excl. VAT for a brochure website, €5,000 excl. VAT for a WooCommerce shop. Maintenance is extra.
- Kwalt Digital: projects starting at €3,000, for B2B websites.
- Kolonell publishes an estimate rather than a price, for a Toulouse small business: €3,000 to €7,000 excl. VAT with a freelancer, €7,000 to €18,000 excl. VAT with an agency.
- Capturit: brochure website at €150/month excl. VAT, plus €350 excl. VAT a year for the server, with no build fee.
If you'd rather do it yourself, Squarespace starts at €14.40 incl. VAT a month paid annually, and Shopify at €27 a month for a shop. No deal beats it, as long as you're willing to give up your evenings.
The sum quotes leave out: what a website costs over three years
A starting price means nothing until you've added up the monthly payments. Here's what 36 months cost, at the prices published on 5 November 2026:
- Squarespace, built by you: about €518 incl. VAT, plus your time.
- Occi-Web, starter offer: €1,794.
- Clickzou, starter pack: €2,300 excl. VAT, with two content changes a month.
- Clickzou, next pack up: €4,140 excl. VAT, with eight hours of changes a month.
- Capturit, brochure website: €6,450 excl. VAT, or €5,910 excl. VAT paid annually. Up to 8 pages designed for your trade, changes included, and a full redesign included at the end of the three years.
- A custom site bought outright: €18,000 median according to La Fabrique du Net, before maintenance.
A €50-a-month pack sells you a template set up for you. We sell a blank page. So compare our line with the last one: a site genuinely designed for you usually costs several thousand euros on the day you sign. With us, there is no design invoice.
What drives the price of a website
A theme or a blank page
At €450 or €500 a day, the usual rate for a freelance developer according to a specialist site, a €1,000 website buys two days' work. In two days you can install and set up a theme, and do it well. You cannot design a website. Ask which of the two you are being sold.
The number of features, more than the number of pages
Adding a page costs little. Adding bookings, payments, a customer area or a live vehicle stock puts you in another category. That is what we built for VSA Toulouse, in Fenouillet: a site built around its stock, with search by model and by budget. That is not priced like a five-page site.
Copy and images
Who writes? Who takes the photos? A line saying "content supplied by the client" can bring a quote down and add weeks to your schedule. With us, film and photos are an option, shot by the same team, and never a requirement.
What happens after launch
Hosting, security updates, backups, small changes: when you buy a site, all of that is billed separately. One Perpignan freelancer, Éric Tison, lists maintenance at €49 to €249 excl. VAT a month, for example. On a subscription, it is often included. Check how far that goes.
Read this before the price: no lock-in
The price of a website doesn't tell you everything. The length of the contract does. Here is what monthly offers say today:
- Capturit: no lock-in. No minimum term, one month's notice: see article 7.5 of our terms and conditions.
- Clickzou: a 12-month commitment, then 30 days' notice.
- LMWEB, in Perpignan: a 24-month commitment at €99 excl. VAT a month, then either a maintenance subscription or you stop, keeping the site.
- A contract described by a lawyer: 48 months at €85 a month, over €4,000 in total, with no way out before the end unless you pay the remaining instalments.
Look at that last one. An €85 monthly payment looks cheaper than our €150. Except that if the site has earned you nothing after six months, you still have 42 payments to make.
We made the opposite choice, and it holds us to account. Nothing ties you in: if your site doesn't bring you customers, you leave the following month. We have only one way to keep you: the site has to work.
What you keep when you leave
When you leave, you take your copy, your images and your product database with you, free of charge. The code and design stay with us (article 7.6 of our terms and conditions). You are not paying off a build: you are paying for a site that stays up to date, and that we rebuild every three years.
The break-even point
Our brochure website costs €2,150 excl. VAT a year, server included. To reach the €18,000 of a custom site bought outright takes just over eight years of subscription, before counting its maintenance or redesigns. And in eight years, yours will have been completely rebuilt twice, at no extra cost.
What you get with Capturit
- A blank page: up to 8 pages designed for your trade, no off-the-shelf theme.
- A site that stays up to date: hosting, security and changes included for as long as you subscribe.
- What it takes to be found: local Google SEO set up, and a blog with unlimited posts.
- A new design every three years, at no extra cost.
- No minimum term: one month's notice, that's all.
That is how we built VSA Toulouse, Perpignan Télécom and SafyPoint. And if you want a film or photos too, the same team shoots them.
I work with Samy at Capturit on my company's website (Perpignan Télécom). After trying several providers, the choice was obvious!

Four questions to ask before signing in Toulouse
- How long am I tied in, and what does leaving early cost me?
- What do I keep if I leave: the code, the files, or just my content?
- Does this site start from an existing theme, or from a blank page?
- What is included after launch, and what does everything else cost?
If the answer to the first question fits in two words, and they're the right ones, the rest is open to discussion.
